It's easy and fast to return your items with these 4 steps:
1. Contact us at kundeservice@appearance.dk and explain which products you want to return and what they are to be exchanged for. You will now receive a return label.
2. Pack your goods and the return form. Make sure the products are folded neatly as when you received them. Please note that we reserve the right to refund a small amount corresponding to the condition of the products if the above is not complied with.
3. Attach the return label to the largest surface of the package so that it is visible and easy to read. (Note that your return label is unique and can only be used once - contact us if you have any problems).
4. Deliver the package to your nearest GLS parcel shop.
