Shipping and returns
Appearance’s packages will be shipped the same day (provided the order is received before 2pm on a weekday). Packages are delivered under normal circumstances within 1-2 business days.
Parcels in Denmark are sent by GLS, Post Nord or DAO.
Please note if any. other delivery times appear under the selected product, as there may be longer delivery times of e.g. preorders.
Return of an item
It is easy and fast to return your goods. Simply print a return label via this link and put it on your package. Then you are ready to hand in the package at the nearest GLS parcel shop - always remember to receive a receipt when you hand in the package.

You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is packed properly, and that it is handed in correctly in a GLS parcel shop and can subsequently present documentation for delivery in the form of a receipt and tracking number.
Note free return is only valid for sales from Denmark. The customer pays postage when returning from countries other than Denmark.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of withdrawal / return right on unused items purchased in our Webshop.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. If you send on your own and at your own expense, you must contact us by mail within the 30 days. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.

The notice must be given per. mail to email@example.com. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Undoing part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
To receive the full purchase amount back, the same applies as for purchases in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
Pantherella socks must be sealed in original Pantherella packaging for the item to be returned.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that the return has arrived with us.
We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post. cash on delivery.
