Delivery of your order
Packages are dispatched the same day (if the order is placed before 2pm on a weekday). Packages are delivered under normal circumstances within 1-2 business days.
Parcels in Denmark are sent with GLS.
Please note if any other delivery times appear under the selected product, as there may be longer delivery times of e.g. preorders.
Pick up your order in our store
It is possible to pick up your order in our store. If you have chosen to pick up your order in our store, the order will be ready for pick up a maximum of 2 hours after the order has been confirmed within normal opening hours.

Mon-Fri: 11:00-17:30
Sat: 10:00-15:00
Return of an item
It's easy and quick to return your goods. Simply print a return label via this link and attach it to your package. Then you're ready to drop off your package at the nearest GLS parcel shop – always remember to receive a receipt when you drop off your package.
The return shipping costs 40 kr when using our return label, which will be deducted from the refund of your purchase. You can also choose to return your items in our store.
If you want to exchange your purchase for another item or size, our return label can be ordered for free.

You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is packaged properly, that it is delivered correctly to a GLS parcel shop and that you can subsequently present documentation of delivery in the form of a receipt and tracking number.
Please note that it is not possible to return socks in broken packaging.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of cancellation/return on unused goods purchased on our webshop and in our store.
