Delivery of your order
Packages are dispatched the same day (if the order is placed before 2pm on a weekday). Packages are delivered under normal circumstances within 1-2 working days.
Parcels in Denmark are sent with GLS.
Please note if any other delivery times appear under the selected product, as there may be longer delivery times of e.g. preorders.
Pick up your order in our store
It is possible to pick up your order in our store. If you have chosen to collect your order in our store, the order will be ready for collection max. 2 hours after the order is confirmed within normal opening hours.

Return of an item
It is easy and fast to return your goods. Simply print a return label via this link and attach it to your package. Then you are ready to hand in the parcel at the nearest GLS parcel shop - always remember to receive a receipt when you hand in the parcel.

You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is packed properly, and that it is delivered correctly to a GLS package shop and can subsequently present documentation for delivery in the form of a receipt and tracking number.
Note that free returns only apply to sales from Denmark. The customer pays the postage themselves when returning from countries other than Denmark.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of cancellation/return on unused goods purchased on our webshop and in our store.
