Appearance gladly accepts returns, but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new and unused.
If you are a customer shopping from outside of Denmark, returns must be handled at your own expense. Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash or collect on delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is packed properly, and that it is delivered correctly to a GLS parcel shop and can subsequently present documentation for delivery in the form of a receipt and tracking number.
