We offer free shipping on all purchases over DKK 500 in Denmark.

When you shop with us, you will never be asked to pay for the exchange of an item, we think that is good service!

It is easy and fast to return your goods. Simply print a return label via this link and attach it to your package. Then you are ready to hand in the parcel at the nearest GLS parcel shop - always remember to receive a receipt when you hand in the parcel.

You can also choose to return your goods in our store.

Note that free returns only apply to sales from Denmark. The customer pays the postage themselves when returning from countries other than Denmark.
